Hybrid Online & Outdoor Training Schedule (6-8 Weeks)

This hybrid model blends online coaching and in-person outdoor sessions to maximise flexibility while maintaining the benefits of mountain-based training.

  • Online Sessions (2x per week):
    • Introduction to fitness basics, mobility, and flexibility exercises.
    • Cardio and strength conditioning to prepare for outdoor activities.
  • Outdoor Session (1x per week):
    • Easy to moderate hike focused on endurance-building and introducing terrain navigation.
