This 12-week Mountain Expedition Training Program is designed to equip participants with the necessary physical, mental, and technical skills for a successful and safe expedition. The program combines fitness conditioning, mountaineering techniques, safety practices, and a simulation trek to prepare you for real-world mountain challenges.

Mountaineering is both mentally and physically challenging. You’ll need unwavering focus and determination, as well as physical conditioning to navigate the rigours of high-altitude climbs. Effective training improves your mountain fitness, enhances your technical skills, and increases your overall expedition awareness, leading to greater safety and success.

Training Schedule Overview

2. Mountaineering Skills

3. Altitude Acclimatisation

  • Understand the impact of high altitudes, learn acclimatisation techniques, and identify symptoms of altitude sickness.

4. Safety & Risk Management

  • Learn first aid, emergency protocols, and rescue techniques.

6. Expedition Planning & Logistics

Note:

  • Hikes and Treks: The transportation cost and meals for outdoor one-day hikes and treks are not included in the above prices.
  • Additional Charges: Multi-day hikes or extended expeditions will incur additional charges based on the location and duration.
  • Special mountaineering equipment hiring charges (e.g., crampons, ice axes, ropes) are **not included** in the training cost. Participants will need to bear these hiring expenses separately or get their own equipments.
