Do I need prior trekking or climbing experience to enroll?

No prior experience is required for the Beginner Program. For intermediate and advanced programs, it’s helpful to have some previous trekking or mountaineering experience, but we will assess your fitness level before tailoring the course to your needs.

What fitness level do I need to start the course?

Our courses are designed for all fitness levels. The Beginner Program requires basic fitness, while the Intermediate and Advanced Programs require a higher level of stamina and endurance. Our trainers will guide you based on your current fitness level and gradually improve your strength and resilience.
